when i tell you Merry Christmas….

Home » General » when i tell you Merry Christmas….
When I tell you Merry Christmas, I mean that God is with you,
I’m wishing you and yours joy and peace the whole year through.
When I look upon the Christmas lights strung from eave to eave,
I’m gazing at the unseen faith that fills those who believe.
When I bow my head and solemnly sing out “Silent Night”,
I’m hoping God pours out on us His gracious, saving Light.
When I laugh and sing of reindeer, jolly men, and Christmas snow,
I’m bursting with the memories of Christmases we’ve known.
When I wrap these precious treasures, purchased with our earthly dollars,
I’m praying that our lives are filled with the presence of the Father.
When I bake sweet breakfast treats and a feast fit for a king,
I’m thanking God for another year bulging with His blessings.
When I tell you Merry Christmas, and kiss your cheek goodbye,
I’m full of all that Christmas brings from the King who reigns on high.

Merry Christmas from our family to yours!
