Hi, I’m Carrie Stephens

I spend a lot of my time looking for God and good enchiladas, while simultaneously laughing at the way life is totally bananas. My first non-fiction book, Holy Guacamole, released in February 2020. My second book, Jesus, Love, & Tacos released in October 2022. My husband and I started out as campus missionaries at the University of Texas way back in the 1900s. We’ve helped lead Mosaic Church, a diverse and beautiful community of faith in Austin, since 2010.
